Cardio Conditioning

The cardio conditioning classes at OCI have brought many new faces to our program. Many members who are tired of their normal routines and who are in need of a ïshock' to their systems are prime candidates for our class programs. Having an instructor design the 30 to 4 5-minute class takes care of the thinking for the member. ïShocking' the body is better accomplished when someone else is doing the thinking of the routine. Having a class count our reps is motivating to members who usually have to self-motivate in order to get through their workout.

The cardio conditioning programs utilizes a variety of instructor. Each instructor brings his or her own flare and style.
