As I walk through the
club watching members workout, I ask myself the question...
Some people pride themselves in their workouts and to bother them could be interpreted as an insult. Others would welcome the useful tip. This leads to the ultimate question,
Scott, JP, Marvin and myself, are all qualified to discuss and demonstrate proper form, routines and technique... plus, we love doing it! One of our main goals is to have each member "see" positive results from their workouts. Members who would like to discuss their workouts can contact us personally at the gym.
The slower the rep the more effective it will be. The more effective the routine is, the happier you will be. |
