Marvin Dangerfield
  • Specializes in doing a combination of Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning and Stretching with a focus on proper form and technique.
  • Certified by AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, and the YMCA Strength and Conditioning Program.
  • Avid about sports.
  • Plays for the Wilmington Vikings (American National Rugby League ), Schuykill River Exiles (Div 1 Rugby Union Team), and the Philadelphia Crows "Austrailian Rules" football team (US Australian Football League)
  • Long time distance runner. Competes in many area road races.

JP Sneed
  • Stretch, strength and expand your mind/body and spirit with the JP 'Core Training'.
  • JP specializes in personal training for beginners, deconditioned athletes and people who need that extra push.
  • JP believes in movement, balance and flexibility, blended with enthusiasm, safety and fun. Special attention is centered on the core muscles to bring greater strength and stability throughout your body.
  • Maximum strength and flexibility is brought to the workout with the use of resistance bands, medicine and stability balls combined with pyrometrics. A dash of boxing, weights, slide board and whatever is added to your individual workout.
  • These workouts stress safety, gradual progression and fun. JP complements your workout with post-workout stretching, trigger point techniques and cool-down breathing.
 
Scott Aaron
  • Scott brings energy, excitement and enthusiasm to his one on one personal training session.
  • Imagine a workout where slow repetitions are combined with movements designed to isolate individual muscle groups. Most people tend to have one side of the body that is stronger, weaker or tighter than the other side.
  • This special workout is designed to bring a high level harmony within and between all muscle groups... muscle balance. The end result will be a body and spirit that is more in balance and less prone to injury.
